📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Fabrics by MS, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Within 3 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/labels (if applicable).
Ineligible Items:
- Custom-cut fabrics
- Clearance or final sale items
- Fabric swatches or samples

📩 To request a return, please email us at fabricsbyms@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If items are not in original condition, only a partial refund may be issued or the return may be declined.
